  • Condition: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging with all seals intact. Due to food safety regulations, we cannot accept returns of opened or used food items unless they are defective or damaged.

  • Proof of Purchase: A valid order number or receipt is required to process your return.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Products damaged due to improper storage or handling after delivery.
